Our signature blend. Great on espresso or filter. A well balanced mix of coffees from Brazil for the nuttiness/chocolate notes, Colombia for the fruit-forward notes, and Ethiopia for the acidity and floral notes. I've always wanted to create a signature blend, but never felt satisfied with the combination of coffees. Although sometimes blending coffees can be a way to hide poor quality, it can also be a useful way to create a well balanced coffee, particularly for espresso brewing. I think the combination of these three beautiful, quality coffees creates a unique flavor profile that bodes well on espresso, with milk, and on filter coffee brewing methods like pour over. Each coffee provides a different element that I feel makes the cup well-rounded.
