Hi! My name is Ali, and I roast coffee in NYC. With Realm, my goal is to shed light on all aspects of coffee. First and foremost, I choose to source delicious, unique coffees that demonstrate what coffee can be if we are open to it. I understand that this style of coffee may not be for everyone, and that's ok. I also am extremely concerned with coffee as an industry, specifically the treatment of farmers and coffee as a comodity. I want to highlight the incredible work these farms are doing by paying them what they deserve and relaying that information transparently to you, the consumer.
